Same thing is happening in NH Styx, it’s not all that better here with the housing market. I’ve seen neighborhoods in Manchester gentrified by big property management companies like Brady Sullivan. Looking at moving out of New England soon because it’s become an unlivable hellhole. I grew up in Goffstown NH and they’re charging $2,100 for 500 sq ft studios.
