The one art piece of the downed cobra is literally the one mission from CoD 4 MW where the nuke goes off. Right before the nuke goes off you rescue a downed cobra pilot, except the nose of the bird is facing the right. The helicipter crashed at the end of a T intersection and the guy closest to the front of the painting looks almost exactly like the Marine on the front box art of the game.
As the medic for my squad I can easily say we get that level of intensity every Op. Being a medic is super intense and rewarding, ESPECIALLY in no respawn Ops or Ops where we have to hold a position.
Yeah, I was worried they weren't gonna find me for a minute. We had more intense operations in the op while under fire, at the end we had to carry our barely alive squad leader to another squad because we didn't have any blood for him.
@@Bacon.Bits. It helps to train people to check in during lulls in, and after, firefights, so we've always got a headcount. That moment when he looked at the map and Bravo hadn't moved. Oof. XD
Drewski, this is one of my favorite videos of yours so far. I've definitely spent more time watching you play Arma than I've spent time actually playing it, so being able to see a little bit of the lay of the land and your intended path from the helicopter in the beginning really added to my enjoyment. The progression of the operation was also extremely entertaining. It was really cool to get to see the transition from air support to ground force. It played out like a movie, there was such a clear build up from relatively calm engagements to complete mayhem. Also the bonus Su-34 at the end was sweet.
"If you never commanded in ARMA... its really fun!" .. Until your Squadleads start crying for rescue and all your Platoonis die a horrible death due to a single bad decision x).
Thank you for your videos Drewski! They make me feel better and put a smile on my face when i feel there isn't much to smile about. I hate feeling this way but your videos really do help!
Just got into Arma 3, beat campaign 2 days ago and been playing online since. Would love to play in one of your severs one day. All the videos always seem a blast!!
Would love to see reference cited on the bit about shooting paratroopers, because the only info I've ever heard is that downed pilots and aircrew are technically off-limits, but combatant airborne paratroopers are fair game. I've never seen any regulation regarding a certain type of ammo being prohibited.
That third picture in the Art of War DLC that you rated reminds me of the nuke mission in CoD4:MW where a Cobra crashes and you attempt to rescue the pilot before the nuke detonates
The one from kiko(third photo/painting shown) is the scene from the original modern warfare. Just before the nuke blows up as you play as sgt jackson recovering the downed cobra pilot.
There are two types of helo pilots in Arma, there's the simpletons who use helos to get from place to place, and then there's the people who fly stick.
I’m 100% confident that the third picture was inspired by the modern warfare mission where you have to rescues the viper pilot but ultimately getting killed by a nuke.
Being a section leader is awesome in Arma 3 milsim, it gives you a lot of skills too, coordinating a team of over 20 people can be a huge undertaking, and doing it right is so rewarding! But jesus christ is it hard some times

holy shit that's actually a really good minigun sound
yea :D he nailed it
it sounds like someone shitting themselves

is Arma 3 player vs AI? or multiplayers vs multiplayer?

Bad ass.

I agree. They copied it in Arma. It’s still really cool though!
@@Acrophobia2 oh yea for sure, it's a great piece of artwork.

Never saw holographic scope on a minigun before + on a helo. sheesh!!!
Dude your editing is getting sophisticated! Cutting in the sound before the video cut at 6:45 like a movie director.
When Drewski uploads arma, take notes, the leader ship is insane.
Great op, Drewski. Thanks for putting this together. Had a blast!
Drew: Sees enemy
Drew: THOOOMP
I love when I see a NEW OperatorDrewski upload in my feed... I instantly click it and go full screen. Never disappointed! You're awesome Drewski.
I haven't even watched the video yet and I already love it
In the painting i think that you are thinking off the end of the mission "Shock and Awe" in Call of Duty, before the nuke goes kaboom.
Finally , good to see an Arma video after such a long time. Hope to see more videos of arma 3 (A-10 videos ) soon . Keep up the good work . 👍
There's this one Mi-8 with machine guns on the back, front and on the left it sounds overpowered.

Probably some of the most well rounded gameplay I've seen 😂👍🏻
You can shoot paratroopers because they are considered combatants but you can't shoot down people who eject from aircraft
40 min arma op? EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED
