We know your intentions are good but cultures are different from country to country. Regarding Hand washing I see its difficult to find a place to wash your hands at times so I would suggest that you carry in your bag a metal or wooden spoon which ever you prefer just incase there is no water since I know that you prefer to eat with your fingers. The only comment I should make is this. Be aware that one day sooner or later you will leave these locations and because you have provided temporary comfort to some children and preferred some above the others, you will leave behind some broken hearts. For young children these memories could prove traumatic especially if other children tease them after your departure.
