Mclane: better disses
Wick: better flow
Rambo: better PTSD
😂
I love tht each one name dropped their movies....Rambo says First Blood on the first line, Wick says his full name, which being the name of the movie, in the middle, McClane says his movie on his and the whole battle's final line.
Lovely little details like that make ERB so special 😊
The POW is a reference to Rambo movies meaning Prisoner of War
Yup. 🙂
I don't celebrate Christmas but still respect it. I hope you and all of your viewers have a good one.
Thanks so much! 😊🤗
I actually thought Wick won barely over McClane with Rambo in last. McClane had the best individual lines and burns, but Wick’s buildup, flow, and internal rhyme schemes were so impressive in addition to solid burns (best example of that and what I thought was the most impressive part of the battle was, “And this sad broken, dad-jokin’ popo is no foe for the hurt-you-oh-so-bad virtuoso. Ho ho ho”). Then Rambo really only has good lines against McClane, which hurts both himself and McClane but leaves Wick in a good spot. Then in the final exchange, Rambo and McClane deal the best hits to each other and Wick hits them both equally.
Wick did win imo. not only the flow but the bars he had. if I ranked all three, it'd be Wick, McClane, Rambo
lol wick barely burned anyone he is last for me mc clane won rambo was 2nd
Good call on Wicks flow. He was the best at picking himself up and listing off what a badass he was but didn’t feel like he had many attacks on the other Johns. Also, if you haven’t seen Succession on HBO this won’t make sense, but the John Wick impression felt like Greg from Succession 😂 These are always fun to discuss though and appreciate you sharing your opinion with us 🥳🥳
I personally think McClane won this just barely over wick and Rambo was in last
In a battle you can deal some punches but you need to hit very hard. And Mclane did that by far the most refering Wicks dead wife and dog. And he also said stuff to hit Rambo with de POW and about the way he talks. Wick was the best rapper but needed to hit harder.
The way I see it though is, to be honest, Wick and Rambo have way more that can be attacked, whereas John Wick was more professional and above the belt. His flow and wordplay were great and in my opinion his lack of committing to fully dissing showed he felt he didn’t need to resort to such insults. Also, I feel Wick and Rambo have more respect for each other than either had for McClane and vice versa, and that’s why they took lighter swings at each other.
If you ask me personally, I felt when Wick corrected McClane and then dropped the Expendables reference, it won it for me. That said, McClane had more visceral punches that required less forethought, so while it makes for a better battle, it felt lazier to me.
So in short, love the energy you guys have and I respectfully disagree with your assessment, but I had fun and I’m happy you guys have fun too!
We appreciate you sharing your input on this one 😀🥳🤗
This was such a great ERB, one of the best in recent times for sure.
It was fun and unique with the three going against each other 😀
I think if the John McClane guy was able to keep that same impression rapping as he did talking he possibly could have won me over.
Good point 🙂
Some really subtle lines in this as well. That bit from Wick about both being Expendables? Stallone and Willis both were in the Expendables Movies. Also several of the Russian heritage Digs at Wick by both Rambo and McClane (Baba Yaga, commie comments). There is a lot hidden in there that just requires such a lot of lore knowledge to catch the burns!
(Edit spelling)
That’s what makes these ERBs so impressive. There are no throwaway lines and they cram in so many references in so few lines. 🤩🤯😯
John Wick is Bulgarian.
The Ash vs Darwin is one of my favourites, it has one of the best flows and the sickest burns!
Haven’t had that one suggested a ton so thanks for bringing it to our attention 😀
The guy who played John Wick is really good indeed , he did some ERB like the one with Stan Lee for example. Hope your Christmas was good ! Have a good party for the 31 ;)
We did have a good Christmas and our NYE party is basically us watching Cobra Kai 😂
We want more erb please!
More will come 😊
Best Burns: I'd give points to McClane here because he goes after both Wick and Rambo. Rambo only goes after McClane, but his burns are strong. Wick goes after both, but he has the fewest major burns and is more focused on delivery.
Best Flow: Obviously Wick wins this department. His internal rhyme scheme and flow is top-notch and destroys the other two in that department, but as I mentioned above, he didn't really have that many hard-hitting lines. He only makes fun of McClane for being a bad dad and cop and then calls Rambo a crappy soldier.
I'd give the win to McClane overall because he goes after both of his opponents with some strong burns, great references, and fun nods. Rambo was a good performance, but seemed to be more of a comedic relief character than a legitimate contestant in the battle, despite some of his strong burns. On top of that, he doesn't go after Wick at all, so he loses points there. It's a toss-up as to who is second place for me because I can easily see giving the second place to Wick for his flow, schemes, delivery, presentation, etc., but I could see Rambo taking the second place because of his strong burns against McClane. So at the end of the day, McClane edges out the win, but I am hard-pressed to pick a second and third place in this battle.
Very well thought out and explained reasoning here 🙂😀
rambo goes after wick lmao the high table rule and finish you in the lobby are both directed to Wick
Yay , I'm glad you entered the world of erb...
It’s a fun world! Rick Grimes vs Walter White this weekend 🥳🥳
Merry Christmas Ken and Bethany oh hell ya more epic rap battle of history 🥰😍✌️❤️😚🎄
Happy belated Christmas 🥳🥳🎄
Loved that did this rap battle on Xmas , the Johns needed to be do no this day.. as for who , I can never say. This is to save the family. But I would like to wish you both and everyone who watchs this video Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!
Happy New Year to you as well! 🥳🥳🍾🥂
It's not Christmas until Hans Gruber falls off of Nakatomi.
Wick - Best Flow
McClane - Best Punches
Rambo - Best Physical
😎🤟
Merry Christmas everyone stay safe, accomplishe your dreams and btw nice sweaters
Thanks, Bill! 😊🥰🥳🍾🥂
Merry Christmas guys. Wouldn't it be a great present to all to do the 'Titanfall 2 Single Player Cinematic Trailer'?
😇🤗🎄
this was a good laugh , merry xmas ya'll
Merry Christmas! 🥳🥳🎄
I think Rambo had the best acting, Wick had the best flows, and McClane had the best bars.
😎🤟
Please keep this up this is so great when review these 😀😀
We have more coming! This weekend is Rick Grimes vs Walter White 🥳🥳
This one was new to me. I give the win to Rambo. I know there were little references to his movies in it, I didn't quite get them all as I haven't watched the Rambo movies much. His opening about "turning it off" being ok with their movies got me. Plus the guy doing Rambo really done well 👍.
Glad you to to experience this one along with us 😀🥳
Very good video! :D
Thanks! 😀
Rambo's best diss against Wick was saying that High Table Rules don't apply and that he would finish him off in the lobby. That one only has bite if you have seen the Wick movies.
But overall I give it to McClain.
😎👍🙂
I'm a John Wick Loyalist so my vote goes to his character.
😎🤟
Merry Christmas! and wow)
Merry Christmas! 🥳
Bro, they did John Wick, dirty dude
I don't know who won but my heart champion is wick bicuse I like his flow he connected 3 words with the same letter with good rhythm as well
That’s a good enough reason 😎🤟
I am writing this to help out Ken and Bethany and this video and this channel with the algorithm ✌️❤️😚🎄
John Wick literally opened with the dinner reservation line basically saying imma kill both of you by the end of this (for context in the john wick universe there’s a group that cleans up crime scenes and dead bodies when you call you say I need a dinner reservation for x amount of people)
Great Reaction! and yes more ERB please. Also please react to the trailer for the upcoming movie "The Northman" Staring Alexander Skarsgård, Anya Taylor-Joy, Willem Dafoe and Nicole Kidman.
We are for sure gonna check out the Northman 😁
If you 2 are wondering at all why John Rambo started screaming after John McClane said about go lock your mouth in a hole in the ground he was having a PTSD moment the only reason I know about any this my dad served in Vietnam he passed away at the beginning of this year I swore from that day and will unto the day I die I won't let another senseless death happen in my family
Nice Peter portrayed John Rambo.
Rambo was so funny😝😝
I was rooting for him and was sad he didn't win but his verse was still great
Yeah he was great 😂😁
Rambo was so ruthless, too.
John Wick was better rap wise. His disses weren't the strongest tho.
I'm ef-ficient and lean
A pro-ficient pro-fession-al killing mach-ine
I craft ryhmes with pencils and jam em in -necks
So I'm not -vexed by -vets -flex-ing roid injected -pecs
Being Ex-communicado wasn't more than I could handle
So I think I can withstand an ex-cremental ex-commando
And this -sad -bro-ken -dad -jo-king -po-po is -no-foe
For the hurt-you-oh-so-bad -vir-tu-oso
-ho-ho-ho
internal ryhme schemes in his verse are insane.
Nice breakdown! 😀 And most people judge on strength of disses but we like to take into account the rap as well and actor portrayal and overall cleverness 🙂
i pop up behind you like toast...
i am not sure that he can use this line, because this was in pulp fiction, not in the die hard movies ua-cam.com/video/PnggTh7EHro/v-deo.html and it wasn`t even toast 🤣
Lmao, good catch. 😜
Cleopatra vs marilyn monroe is a good but short one and joker vs pennywise is a reallu good one and since ya are a couple romeo and juliet vs bonnie and clyde that one goes hard😂(new sub here)
Welcome! 🥳🥳😀 Those two were actually the first ERBs we reacted to (on our other channel which now just focuses on games) you can see them and the rest of our ERBs in this playlist ua-cam.com/play/PLDNhddM5srw8I065hGB-SFgUzCejzqSwS.html 😀
Die Hard, is my favorite action movie.
Great choice 😎🤟🥳
Just throwing this idea out there. But maybe a possible reaction for the future would be the Five Nights At Freddy's series by J-Gems called the interviewed. It's honestly just a really good watch and has a really good story line behind it all. Love the reactions as always.
Thanks for the FNAF suggestion and recommendation 😀 Got plenty we want to check out from that series 🥳
Happy Christmas! Also, if you want a thorough breakdown of the verses, Knox Hill is your guy.
We heard Knox Hill is the king of breaking these down 😀
to me, McClane is the underdog. I've only seen Die Hard 1, Rambo 1 and 2, and all 3 John Wicks (4 got pushed back to 2023 ;-; )
He gets the opening lines and hits them both hard
Wick is ruthless and efficient
Rambo is clumsy but has some decent disses
I'm a sucker for Zach Sherwin though. He always plays my favorites in the other battles like Holmes vs Batman, and Alexander the Great vs Ivan the Terrible.
😎🤟 nice dissection of the battle
This reaction was pretty good! Personally, however, I don't really think this battle is that interesting. If you guys want more interesting ones you should react to East Philosophers vs West Philosophers, Alexander the Great vs Ivan the Terrible, or Julius Caesar vs Shaka Zulu. Those are some pretty good ones in my opinion. You guys are great, though!
We weren't in love with the three way rap, thought applaud them for trying it out. It was a fun thing to do for Christmas and a neat idea with some good lines in it, but not one of our favorites. 🤗
My Christmas is now complete 🥰✌️❤️😚🎄
☺️
John Wick was the winner for me and he’s the one guy I haven’t seen yet.
You have got to see those movies. Lots of fun. Except for a few sad parts 😢
If you ask me, I think John won.
Wiser words have never been spoken. 😜
Rambo
ERB's newest rap battle of the different John's featuring Epiclloyd as John McClane, Zach Sherwin as John Wick, and NicePeter as John Rambo
Nice that you know the actors playing each part 😀😎🤟
Another rap battle ya'll should react to is Terminator vs Robocop.(ERB)
Bet that one is quite good 😀
Love it
😎🤟🥳
W and p and o stands for pow prisoner of war which Rambo was and tortured
Can you guys check out the new ERB that was just released : Lara Croft vs Indiana Jones??
Hate how everyone glosses over or completely ignores Wick's wife being dead.
I recommend Rustage stressed out or Rustage kage
Only missing John Wayne, John the Baptist, John Cena...any other Johns?
john jacob jingleheimer schmidt 😜
Overall this erb battle was very good. I'll say it's a 3 way tie. There really were no bad lines , the flows stayed consistent. I wouldn't mind ERB making more 3 way battles. Much more material to work with
It was an interesting format to play with for sure and very tough to gauge a winner like this but overall extremely entertaining and that’s the main goal 😀🥳
Indeed. Id have given John Rambo the win , but going after John McClane for 85% of his lines knocks it down to a tie. Were this the brutal lines voted....Rambo wins hands down.
Asides that....this easily shoots into my top 5 ERB Battles. One of the few where I listen to it at least 3 times daily :D
"Hands down" or "Hans down?" ;)
LMAO 👏 👏👏👏👏👏
Ken why is your eye like it got punched ???
🤷 need to get more sleep I guess 😂
Personally, I think Wick won, with McClane a very close second. I also think the raps were very in character for all three of them.
Agreed. The raps were on point for each character. Usually are but this one was particularly on point 😀
If it was a cypher, John Wick would win, he had little to no burns, talked about himself too much, and his burns were just aimed at both, but nothing really definitive to each.
McClane has solid hits with chest butter, pushing up daisies, more survival wife, and more all hit like a truck. More importantly, he burned both Wick and Rambo individually.
Rambo had more burns than Wick, he is definitely a close second, but the majority of his burns were focused on McClane, he had like one for Wick.
The one he did have for Wick though was to completely dismiss him. Saying he didn’t even belong. Rambo clearly felt like McClane was the bigger threat and that John Wick didn’t even belong in the conversation. It was interesting seeing a three way rap battle 😀
They made Rambo a joke.. I mean it was funny but my heart burns for Rambo and McClane..
McClane - Disses
Wick - Flow
Rambo - Charakter
I think John won.
Also, loved it that McClane got a Christmas beat 🤣
Rambo.
Nice! No one else really agreed with us on this one 😂🤗
I had Wick. He destroyed them both. McClane got wiped by Wick’s last line.
😎🤟
Die Hard is totally a Christmas movie
💯 🎄
Finally someone giving Rambo his props. I have to go with McClain, Rambo had some good burns on McClain, but McClain ripped into both of them with utter disrespect. I just can't see people saying Wick on this one, I mean obviously he had the best flow, Sherwin is a beast on the mic, but all he did was flex then basically say neither of you are worth the trouble, which is a burn, but not near the level of the other two.
Agreed. Not trying in this as a way to give a dis just doesn’t work. Once you are in the fight, you gotta battle 😎🤟
Vader vs hitler parts 1 through 3
Pretty amazing to have it be 3 parts 😯
Wick had the best flow and internal rhyme scheme, while McClane hit the hardest, even though his last shot on Rambo missed (Wick corrected him), Rambo was funny and hit hard but only went after McClane so thats a minus, I gotta go with Wick, the flow, the rhyme scheme, he hit both Rambo and McClane and even when he corrected McClane he did it hard, Nice reaction though
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for sharing your input 😀
Rambo destroyed these bozos.
Hey I actually was wondering if you could review my new series? I'm a growing artist and my santa vs scrooge has great feedback so far and my lyrics are ruthless, I have fictional characters in my series, I'd love to see yalls reactions to it!
Hey thanks so much for reaching out. We can give it a look and put it non our request list. Might be something we can check out over holidays since it has a nice theme to it 🤗😇🙂
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 oh great! Thank you for responding! I hope you guys enjoy it and if I make the list of ones you want to review let me know! I have huge plans for my series and this is just the beginning! Thank you guys guys much.
You're one of the very few reactors who thought Rambo did good lol. Rambo definitely last because he's more of a performer. He struck McClain good twice, but most of his verses aren't hard hitting, nor does he direct energy at both of them like the others did.
🤗
He got McClane a third time with the decent dad line in the third verse. And he basically told John Wick he wasn’t even worthy enough to be in the rap battle. Apathy is worse than hate. He didn’t need to attack Wick after that 😜
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 I don't know how well versed you are in rap battles, but not battle rapping your opponent is one of the worst things you can do. It's basically admitting you can't give em smoke, and yeah He gave McClane some good punches, but compared to the other two, he was more of a performer than anything else.
John was great
John was meh
And John could've been better
This was the perfect assessment 😜☺️
