@@Brokeninc No i did not. I imagine I would need some more appropriate hardware to make it work correctly. But Im also thinking there might be something that got fried in the circuits possible. Ultimately it would be great to use it in full glory with pads and all, but I think at some point before my dad passed away he may have lent them to someone who ended up screwing him over. Just wanted to see if the brain alone was usable since that is all i have left of it.
@@ShaneNewville The brain is still very useful without the pads. You can get a usb to midi interface such as the MAudio midisport Uno to get your computer to talk to the brain. Or something like a Beatstep Pro to trigger the brain via trigger inputs on the SDS
did you set this up with midi from a sequencer? Im trying to figure out how to trigger drum sounds from Ableton Live right now.
