I like how most homes I've seen (at this price) online in Tanzania have large rooms, and large yards with grass and trees. Unfortunately can only rent in Tanzania. Beautiful property and thanks for sharing.

That neighborhood is called Bahari beach, I live in the same neighborhood. There are no flooding whatsoever. Very quiet area despite unpaved streets

We don't have floading hurricanes or major Nature disasters in East Africa or rather Africa.
@@maxi4693 Ummm.. not sure what you mean. Flooding in Dar is an issue. It is well documented by videos and print media. Some areas are affected more than others.
@@SKing-nh5ps no flooding in Mbezi or bahari beach, believe Maxi. It's just some few parts in DAR, very few where floods happens and they're known. In Mbezi beach is a surveyed area, no floods again I repeat!

This is a nice place. What area is this? I tried to catch the names of landmarks they mentioned but I wasn’t able to get them. How far is this from the city center?
The area is called Kunduchi (beach). Nearby there are several beaches just about 2 or 3 kms to the shore.
To city centre just like 10km

For me I think 500+$ for that house is expensive, I know other UA-camr paying less for a much larger house, they said that so to give themselves an edge if bargaining take place. My advice if u like it, try to bargain a couple 100 lower
