No way! This is a dangerous recipe and not appropriate for canning at all. You cannot can things with dairy in them either waterbath or pressure. There is no need to extennd the shelf life of this sauce. Simply make it fresh using ingredients in your fridge.

I love horseradish! We have some growing that we got from my great grandparents' farm many years ago. You guys have always been pretty good on the lighting, I like the upgrade! Take care and be safe.
