      Thanks for watching brotha! Yea these build some new size especially if your not done them in a while. You will see some new bumps around the lower bicep/forearm flexors from the advanced frog (straight arm) and some good upper back shoulder and lat definition as well. Enjoy the gains man 💪👊✌️
