True. You get what you vote for and Paddy is so devoid of choice and is so fucking shortsighted that we are going to get the same set of mugs again.
These gombeem men and women with the same political bullshit points that make no difference for the benefit of Ireland are turning the country into a shithole.
Moreover the people who voted them in are absolutely complicate in it. However they will stick their heads in the sand and pretend that we are doing grand over here and deny all responsibility.
I am so annoyed that the same shower of nitwits are getting back in.
The cosy cartel of media, judiciary, achedmia, civil service and politicians is an appalling manifestation of how badly we are going to bugger up Ireland again. It's left, left, left and only going left.

A woman who works on the checkout at a local supermarket had said to me previously that she was angry at the govt for pouring vast sums of taxpayer money into providing for the upkeep of tens of thousands of asylum seekers, because there was no such efforts put in to help her adult children, and she had given her meagre life savings to her son to help him pay thousands of euros to apply for a work visa and to relocate to Australia, and that was over 12 years ago and he was still there.

When huge numbers of individuals, with vast cultural differences, coming from countries where women & children are treated like livestock are dropped into a civilized nation. A increase in violence crimes toward women & childern will be one of the many negative outcomes. Data from other countries that have tried the same social experiment shows this.

I think many people feel that there vote doesn't count if they vote Aontu as the Aontu candidate wont get s big vote and will be eliminated early on. That is not the case after this election. Aontu candidates are now a viable alternative and may possibly be elected. Eimear Toibin is only 900 votes off being elected in Meath. Nothing spurs change like hardship, and when the american corperate tax goes away, european trade dwindles and the Irish realise that FFG have destroyed every other stream of income Ireland used to have, there will be nowhere to hide. Take it as a constructive criticism. If the best excuse you'll find not to watch the Toy Show is that "it's too late", I'm sorry to say you are not very awake. Don't you all remember when the little girl was sent to inject her little Teddy Bear with "an experimental product" in front of Tubridy, and all the people in the audience were rejoicing about it? Are you aware of subliminal messages? What do you think is the main purpose of modern "teliesvision"? The Late Late Show died with Gay Byrne, he had brains and other things starting with "b" as well. Maybe I'm wrong, but modern TV presenters all seem to be cut with the same pattern of political correctness, and the "we're all in this together" mentality; and the general public seem to be suffering the effects of the Stockholm Syndrome. Happy Christmas!

The Irish public are too ensconced in the FF and FG camps and a giveaway budget didn't do them any harm either. The only way FF and FG get thrown out is if there is a catastrophic failure of the economy and jobless figures go through the roof and austerity is enforced by them. Otherwise it will forever be the status quo. SF will never get 88 seats on their own and nobody will enter government with them. The rest of the parties get a miniscule amount of seats and even parties like Aontu who are a general populist centre right party who listen to the people will be a long long time breaking the monopoly of establishment FF and FG. There is no other game in town people and we were fools to think otherwise.
