Summary -
Parfum - 20-40% perfume concentration Long last, 10-12hours
EDP 10-20%, 8-10 hours or 7-8 hours
EDT 6-12%, not so long lasting
EDC 1-2 hours, 2-6%

There is nothing as best in this, everything is different in its own way. EDP is more concentrated than EDT. So if you want a concentrated perfume who lasts long the do go for an EDP or Parfum. EDT has less concentration of perfume oil in it and thus is subtle.

What is cologne?

Cologne is usually a term used for masculine perfumes where as eau du cologne is the concentration where less than 5% perfume oil is in the perfume

not necessarily. go for cologne ..it has the most concentration of perfume oil.
