The Sovjetunion did not intervene obviously and they are still only sitting around the whole game not doing anything while Vichy France got already formed before Germany even started to attack poland. Communist British Raj also joined the Axis for help in their civil war which led to me (commi china gulping down all of India and Australia. Btw the Kiwi Empire was also formed and Chile as in any Road to 56 game had a civil war.
