Jennysweret It doesn't change your gender at all. Surgery basically just makes your genitalia look like that of the opposite sex. You don't have the inner workings of the gender you want to be. If you want to be a woman you would need a uterus, and if you wanted to be a man you would need testicles, a prostate, and a penis. Surgery doesn't give you these things; therefore, you haven't changed gender at all. You've basically just destroyed a perfectly good part of your body.
