Glad you liked this Rhia thank you very much. This is a bit weird but this is Afghanistan National Dish and usually don't get served in Indian Restaurants. Either the chef is from Arab national or you might have mistaken this with Biryani or might be another some other Indian Puloa (there is Indian recipe which doesn't use raisin and also they add chillies).
I love meat-based biryanis/pulaos better than chicken ones. They taste so much better. I have never had a Kabuli Pulao and this looks so tempting. Thanks for sharing the recipe, Che.

Che it looks so the same as Indian though. Anyways it is delicious, I know that is says afghani but it looks like the One We always order.
