We had a woman who had a VERY complicated and specific order. She had it written down and handed us the paper every time she came in. I loved that woman and was more than happy to make that order for her.

@@keithwisdom1663 reduce the number of employees? so starbucks now offers mobile ordering. you can order, pay and pick up the drink without standing in line. someone's still gotta make the drink tho. and most locations are still packed with drive through ordering while fully staffed. making it easier to order means more sales per minute. only an idiot company would look at that and shoot themselves in the foot by having LESS people working thus cancelling out the speed of service which reduces actual sales.
