The 4 device limit is a no-go. I had purchased two of these for 'smaller' clients. It's so easy to go over the 4 item quickly. Even a 10 device limit adds up quick.
Absolutely it’s very easy to go over! But the price is very good and it will be a good starter for some people starting out with Unifi. Thanks for watching 🙏
The 4 device limit is for the gateway express. Not the gateway lite. I have 10 devices on my UXG-lite network: 2-APs, 3-switches, Cloud Key G2 Plus, 3 Cameras, & the UXG-lite. I run Wireguard, IPS/IDS, etc.
Yep agree we have Ubuntu servers running hundreds of sites. Its solid! It’s not the easiest way for a newbie to get started but if you have the equipment and time to spend on it I’d definitely recommend.

The unifi network controller runs great on ubuntu 22.04 lts !

There is a magnetic wallmount
Yeah it’s a shame it doesn’t come with it though 🙁
