For anyone who is interested I found a pretty cool trick in the ticket booth area. When you are going to the fix the pipes for the “cup” ride there is a concept art at the bottom of a pit. If you want that concept art then you must drop down get out from one of the pocket holes on the wall get one a boat get back do the ticket booth and then do the whole thing again but this time you obviously don’t drop down because you collected the concept art. Now a way way way faster way to do this is by following these step: collect the concept art, get on the edge of the platform and be near the pipe (one used for decoration), jump in the thinner pool next to you(this will make you bounce up), when you are in the air start moving towards the pipe, half way there press the “A” button to jump again, land on top of that pipe, jump again on the platform that it is connected to and now you are done. Sorry if my grammar is terrible but I hope this helps!
So thats how that glitch happened on my game. ( And I learned about the projector screen glitch the hard way. Once you show up in Ostown, the game doesn't crash per say, but the screen goes black and both the ostown music and shadow blot music play simultaneously)
Yeah, I got that went back to Ostown but it caused my brother's save file to hardlock, even loading to his recent save put me back to the beginning of the projector transition. I had to delete it afterwards, as I couldn't do anything to salvage the save.
Broken OsTown saves are fixable by changing a byte in the save file. If anyone reading this in the future comes across this, this page has info on fixing it: docs.epicmickey.wiki/ostown-softlock-save-fix
There's a glitch in Clock Tower boss. You have to paint his arms and when he puts you to the projector Gremlin Gus will tell you your paint opacity increased. Go back to the menu and click on profile and you still inside the Clock Tower. You will click Mickey mouse Point of view and you can thin the Clock Tower face and paint it back. You'll get more paint opacity
Hi again. I'm not sure if I'm remembering this correctly, but for speedrunners there is another glitch in the Mad Doctor boss fight that could save a small bit of time. From what I remember, you had to rescue at least one of the two blue gremlins in the Lonesome Manor. Then after entering the attic and watching the cutscenes, jump up to the spot where the gremlin was in the Cutscene, concealed by the black smoke. If you position yourself correctly, you can talk to him and he'll repeat the line of dialogue from the Cutscene before. This will, for some reason, destroy the second and third generator and complete the boss battle. It's been a while since I found that out and I'm not sure if memory served me right, but it's something to consider.
Oh hey! I haven't set out to record any glitches in a while, but I might give this one a shot and maybe make a video on it if I get the chance! Especially now that I don't really have anything else to do at home lol

(I haven't played the game in a while so I might be off) Maybe the game just thinks that you came from Ventureland after doing the Ostown battle and Ventureland battle, but why would this happen in the first place? Can you still enter projector screens when the battle of mean street is in progress? It goes from Mickeyjunk Mountain > Ostown > Mean Street > Ventureland > Bog Easy > Tomorrow City, right? If not, then I have zero idea how this works.

Everything im about to say is seriously true. I was playing Epic Mickey, i was about to fight the Shadow Blot. At one point, i came back to Mean street, and suddenly. The cutseen that plays after you defeat The Shadow Blot and head back to Mean Street. I idmeaditly turned the game off, because i hoped i could undo the glitch. But when i realoded the game, and started playing... My nunchuck stopped working. To this day, it's still broken. I minus well get another one....
That makes sense, since apparently there are other ways to cause the cutscene to trigger than just buying the bell piece. Nobody knows for sure what the other ways are, as the bell is the only way that's been able to be repeated reliably.
Me too, I stumbled into the glitch by accident and I don’t know how but I entered into the ostown proyector and softlocked the game, and now I am trying to complete play through the parts I missed
This is less of a glitch more a hug but after monkey junk mountain Oswald is at the statue before being force talked to Oswald thin it Oswald and he talks with you with his thinned sprite
Oh yeah, there's a few different tricks like this. My favorite is with the ghosts in Bog Easy. thinning them before they can poof away causes their melted model to just clip out of existence.
@@zbroadcast3414 there are multiple Gremlins that if you break their cage while standing on top of it, after they say their thing, you effectively die and go to the last checkpoint. the one at the bottom level of the rocket area in Tomorrow City is how I found out.

Yep, discovered it on accident, and going to OsTown caused my file to permanently softlock. Had to delete it
