The Ark Encounter Theme Park

I'm not sure if the video does it justice; this thing is very large, but also very well presented and executed. This theme park is the Ark Encounter, a re-creation of Noah's ark. We go check it out for the first time.

They don't build them like that anymore. Ironically, the ark was the first case of planned obsolescence.

Do you believe the story is true?

Short answer, yes. But I also realize that the Ark Encounter (and they state as much on some of their displays) do use some artistic license and speculation on some of their displays so some details may be incorrect. But I felt they did a good job of making an honest attempt at a reasonable recreation, like a "how would you pull this off?" kind of approach, and I think that led to a very well-done exhibit.

@@jeffreyverse Yes, I have. That's one of the main reasons I don't believe the story. The things they say there contradict my education and experience.
