Michigan bills offer productivity credits for inmates

A series of senate bills in Lansing offers productivity credits to some behind bars in Michigan prisons.
The legislation has bipartisan support and today during a senate committee hearing, crime victims, the bill sponsors and supporters say they would like Lansing lawmakers to pass this legislation.
