    The geo on the screen is not super optimal because there is a bit of a pinch there for anyone who's wondering.

    AMAZING! thank you so much for making this video because I love anything retro. You made my day today and I hope to see more retro stuff in the future. Question of the day: What's your favorite era in history?

    • @3dextrude
      @3dextrude  6 років тому +1

      That's a hard question I never thought about, I will say the time during the renaissance haha.

    Hey 3dEx! One question: How would you go on about modeling something with grass texture? Like a grass patch on a forest or something. Could you show it on a video? Thanks in advance. Great content! Very inspiring!

      I would probably model the grass blades and bake them unto a low poly plane with transparency; the low poly plane should be cut as close as possible to the shape of the grass while still keeping it low poly.

    Cute tv! I Wonder, did u bake this at all? Can one skip that..?

    • @3dextrude
      @3dextrude  Рік тому

      Yes it was baked, you can also use the low poly as the high poly in the baking settings.

    Cool tutorials!!! What’s the music that starts after the first music? I hear it in a few of your videos. It isn’t any mentioned in the links you added to the description

    Hello, after modeling you put the model to SP and bake just the AO map and use as the high poly same mesh? How are your settings of AO bake in SP? It looks amazing.

    What a pain that you dont speak and explain the procces I think you would have had more subcribers and views

      That's what I thought too, I used to narrate on all my videos, but my subscriber count didn't start going up until I did it this way. I think it's because most people like short videos.

      3dEx I dont think so because how the people are gonna learn and how they are gonna see the tools that you use to model if you on the run

      I think most people are just watching for fun or get an idea of how it's done and not to follow step by step.

      3dEx I think its not for fun but in my case I watch it only to learn how is done and recomend it to other people
