Its crazy how much time the state is given for direct examination , Love literally asks the same question multiple times and the defense gives ger the opportunity and allowance to examine the witness thoroughly but she objects to way too much and the Judge seems to rush the defense in their cross. This is ashame and embarrassment to our Jusicial system and what it was built for

Mr Wright did not advocate for his client! I would’ve fired him! Knowing that the state NEEDED his testimony o would’ve negotiated 2-3 yrs tops or we aren’t testifying. He would’ve ended up sentenced either way. Then he sat there and admitted that he didn’t reread the FINAL agreement. What type of lawyer are you??? Also they know that man is 40 w a 9th grade education so you KNOW he probably didn’t read it. He should’ve looked at them as mounk tounk was signing each one. Mounk tounk should’ve been the one with immunity for his testimony

It’s unfortunate to see the lack of communication skills coming from da and weird that they seem to be putting the case together for presentation as a whole for the jury, I didn’t realize that is how it goes, feels like they just started going over the case today when they should all know more about what was what by now or I thought they are supposed to have that ready for most part before trial

Well if he was my lawyer of course I would blame him as he's the one to make sure he reads the documents before I sign them as he's a qualified lawyer not me then saying his client missed it aswell is one thing but he missed it than goes on to say that the client missed it and than he keeps blaming his client but catches himself and says he also missed it, negligence period he failed to do his job properly ie offer, acceptance and consideration the client paid for a service that he couldn't do himself

It didn't make sense in the indictment the da said that Mr Sledge was in a music video brandishing a gun that was used in a drive-by shooting over a female in furtherance of the gang YSL if it's over his girlfriend how could it have anything to do with being done for the gang where the gang doesn't reaps any benefit from that kind of action that was a personal crime where common Sense would see that these guys were committing crimes on their own behalf but not for no so-called furtherance of gang. The prosecution has nothing in reference to any large financial gain that this so-called gang would reap the benefits of you have a RICO charge where young men are committing crimes but no one is making any money
