Madam u r my favorite chef. I am also a good cook only .still I follow u r tips so many of them r cooking but no one can replace u.for appam without adding sugar coconut we put appam because I am diabetic. Pl answer me yasoda.

My grandmother used to make a decision appam. Key factor for appam is the wok. It should be iron cast wok. The appam should be crispy brown outside and pluffy in the middle. A true appam.

It is one cup equivalent to 200 ml measure.We all use that daily to measure our rice for cooking.

Boil sago separately in enough water. Keep aside. Remove excess water that floats on top. Add milk and cook for few minutes. Switch off and add sugar and mix well. I will show one day.
