Butterfly Beach, Santa Barbara California, Montecito Beach

Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara California is the famous beach in Montecito in front of the Biltmore Hotel, and next to the Coral Casino, a celebrity hangout. One of the most picturesque beaches in the area, tourists and visitors to Santa Barbara must make this drive or stop during their stay. Rob Lowe, Oprah Winfrey, Al Gore, all have houses near here, and local celebrities are often seen milling about. Dear Rebecca,
you made me so curious about Santa Barbara and California, so that my husband, my daughter an me travelled to your region (actually it was Redondo Beach, L.A.) last autumn. Now I can say: It is indeed paradisiacal there! :-) You are lucky living there under palm trees and under the warm sun. Lucky you! We have cold winter here in Germany right now. Brrrr ;-)
