@@JohanReinholdz1980 don't listen to such people Johan.. i think you're doing a great job bringing Dark Tranquillity back to a more "guitar oriented" sound. Btw I' also enjoyed the last three LPs (construct - atoma - moment) which due to huge Anders and Martin B. contribution on songwriting were more "atmospheric".
@@JohanReinholdz1980 Every DT lineup has brought us something special. The future will be no different. "The Mind's I" and "Projector" are my favorite albums. I remember not liking "Haven" at first because it was so different and laid back--but as I got used to DT having more of a keyboard-oriented sound I grew to love it. Then of course we were hit with the classics "Damage Done," "Character," and "Fiction." *We are lucky to have Mr. Reinholdz with us, and I thank him also for working with Chris Amott in a great band like DT. Chris is one of my favorite players.* I remember when the lineup changed I thought, "Man it is not going to sound like DT anymore because they are going to do crazy technical sweep arpeggios," but they did such a great job carrying on with the atmospheric, ambient DT sound. I'm sure Mr. Sundin and Mr. Henriksson are very proud of all the hard work you guys have put in. I wish everyone who has ever been in the band well, including Mr. Jivarp, Mr. Niklasson, Mr. Antonsson, Mr. Iwers, and RIP Mr. Johansson. And of course we know Mr. Friden is doing well in his band. :) As a musician, I always learn something from listening to you guys and other bands in the scene whether it is the guitars, drums, bass, or production. I loved all of Fredrik Nordstrom's work with the early Gothenburg albums. If you want to work it into the setlist, I would love to see you guys do your own live version of some very early "Skydancer" DT stuff. It is always cool to see how new members play old stuff in any band. I don't know how Niklas, Martin, and Mikael remembered all the parts of the early songs. Such long songs like "Yesterworld" with so many riffs and changes. Just kids doing almost black metal back then. :) Some of the B sides from "Exposures" are such classics. I love "Static." It should have been on "Damage Done!" *Thank you for helping the band carry on, Mr. Reinholdz. Respect to you always. We fans look forward to hearing the new album and seeing you all on the road.*
