I made your recipe this morning, substituted cayenne pepper for the paprika, and used feta cheese and green onions because that’s what I had on hand. Turned out great, thanks for sharing. I will try it with the “proper ingredients” which looks very tasty too.

Looks great but ever since going to catering college I have a problem with pouring cold oil on any food. Heat the oil first then put in the tomatoes!
If you went catering college you should be more worried about the processed cheese

@@JB-cb8fx Yeah, I was thinking the plastic wrap was left on the slices. As we all know, there are plenty of cheeses that will work much better. Cheddar for one.
😂you may have seen this in catering college but it means nothing because no real chef ever does it. I learned a lot more working in kitchens for years with 5 star chefs. They are far better than anything you see in college.
Great recipe. Any kind of cheese you have on hand or anyveg you can fry will work great too eg.peppers onions etc.
