Am I emotionally prepared to give them up after? Hell no! I'd probably end up adopting all of them then cry because I couldn't afford anymore cat litter. :(
Many shelters/rescues provide litter :) I foster dogs for up to 18 months at a time and it hurts to see them go but I know they’re in a great place with a great family.
I’m moving out to an apartment for college and it’s a two bed room and wanted to foster kittens. I’ll have soo much room but I’m scared I won’t be able to cause I’ll have college. Do shelters pay you to foster them? Cause I’ll probably need to get a job and I don’t want to be away from them too long
They do not pay as it is voluntary work. They will provide food, litter, toys, digital scale, and medical for the animals. You just need to be the one to feed, change litter, play with, weight, and report medical situation for the animal.
I really want to foster kittens!
This is so helpful for me
I love cats so much, they make me so happy! I'm excited for my first Foster! I'm so ready! ÒwÓ
