Can we all just remember that during the 2002 Loya Jirga, 70% of delegates voted for King Zahir Shah to be the next head of state but the US told him to stand aside in favour of Karzai. The Taliban insurgency against US occupation could've been averted then.

For those Bengalis here searching for the famous Roles Royace Sayed Mujtaba Ali had written about- Britishers are not so lucky to capture such historic deeds of them.... Their history is full of rubbish farming agreements like the Magna Carta...

This king killed his own father for power and the wife's father was in political power same time as this king 1919 to 1929
If u look at the Amanullah lol u see his whole agenda and if u see his wife and kids most of them married to western white military or political to gain more power so no he wasnt Soo good ... If u look at his father's life wasn't so great either... His father which was the previous king got introduced to freemasonry and contributed alot towards WW1 also his father was placed in power by brittish indian the father was getting paid over a 1million rupees lol come on most of the kings of Afghanistan was influenced...if u look deep there was some very great kings and leaders but before they could gain power the British indian or Soviet union would interfere
