    Thanks for the review! I considered buying this board but I used a Starboard inflatable touring for couple months and the deck pad started wearing off. I decided to buy a Red Paddle Co elite 14 x 27 that I’ve been using 1-2/week for a year. That board is built to last! It’s a bit wider than I would like for flat water paddling but the materials are the best quality in an inflatable SUP

      That’s a bummer about your touring board but the Red Paddle board is also an incredible option as they do make the best inflatable boards. Sounds like you’re loving it though and will have a lot of fun days on the water with it! 🤙🏼

      There use to be some in Cabo but since the pandemic there unfortunately has not been any. 😕

    I would like to ask you a question. If we have 2 identical SUP boards .. same construction material .. same shape .. same width, lets say 75 cm with the same paddler but different length. One 3 meters and the other 4.5 mmeters. Which one will be the fastest? and the difference in speed will be significant or very minimal? Thank you very much

      @ethanhuffsup  Рік тому

      Hey Torelli, The longer board will be faster and have a better glide. You will notice a difference but it depends on what kind of paddling you're doing as well.

      @@ethanhuffsup Thank you very much for your reply! The reason I do STP is for fun and training, but it's nice to have the extra speed and be able to cover longer distances. I think from what I see in different videos that the inflatable boards are almost the same in terms of performance as the saws (always talking about the speed). Let me ask one more question, perhaps more difficult than the first. Suppose we have a 3 meter board with a width of 70 cm and a 4.5 meter board with a width of 75 cm, which one will be faster. Always with the same guy and under the same conditions. Thank you in advance for your reply.

      @@torelliandreadogacademy42 No problem glad to help. Inflatable boards have come a long ways and do perform well as you can tell from the video. In my personal opinion I still believe the longer board (although a little wider) will still be faster as the extra length does make a difference in speed as it allows for much better glide.

    Nice video. Ordered it, covid happened never came. got my self a Zray R2 and installed my own string underneath. One day maybe.. curious how this board is in open ocean 🌊 chop and swell.

      Thanks and bummer about your board not arriving. This board handles great when going with chop/swell or paddling directly against it. But, if the chop is on your side it can be difficult to balance at times and harder to keep your board tracking in a straight line. This mostly has to do with the length of the race board but can be improved upon with personal technique and using different fins.
