Yes, those are 10% Silver. I have one.
Coincidentally I just cleaned a whole hoard of those 57 through 67 Mexico one peso coins today. Some were really bad but a lot of them come out nice. They get really scuffed up and I imagine they saw a lot of use. I just use basic silver cleaner.
I believe the last Mex .720 coins were the 55 through 59 5 pesos.
I mainly like the bigger coins, and the 90-.925 coins. :-)
Interesting to learn about all the different countries' silver coins also.

It can effect value on collectable numismatics. I would only have those conserved by a pro. All my stuff is common stuff. :-)

The character on the 1st coin you cleaned is Morelos he was a mayor player in the independence of mexico from spain
On the 3rd coin (Un Peso) the thing that emits the rays is Morelos' hat

On the side of the Un Peso i thought i saw an A D stamped there. Might be something worth looking at. Not sure if anyone else has yet mentioned that.
And even if it is only 10% silver that's 10% more silver than you had before you purchased it. 😊
