How many reps does it take for a move to become ingrained in muscle memory and do you have to do the move in live wrestling or can it simply be drilled?
Proper drilling includes some resistance and situational wrestling (drill the setup get to the leg and then have your opponent give you different defenses from there). Workouts should be 70% hard drilling and 30% live. The number of reps required varies by individual but if you structure your workouts properly you will attain the benefits.
