Not really! It's natural, and in this video, my skin felt so dull due to bad diet. You can just follow bacis CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) for skin and that's it! You can follow my videos too!

But still if you want then you can try this. This won't make your skin that fair but it makes your look fresh and little bright. It also bleach free, so it's safe too!
