In the years before DNA parentage testing, courts used to consider “phenotype” as a factor in determining parentage. A strong resemblance was often enough. Now, of course, DNA is definitive. But before that, Ronan would certainly be a Sinatra.
Whenever someone refuses to take a DNA test, then that gives you the answer to the question right there in terms of paternity. the only time someone would refuse something like that is if they had something to hide, or didn't want to get out. In my opinion
