It's impressive how well Loki, Wonder Woman, and Red Sonja harmonize together.
And the guitar / vocal were bang on at the sudden end of the piece
Loki? LOL, they have the song "Vanaheim". (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vanaheimr for better understanding). It is other city then Asgard and other people, but Loki is Odinson from Asgard :-)
It's unbelievable to me that these very talented Russian musicians speak and write better English than most Americans! I have 3 of their cds but missing Turn The Sun Off and have 3 of the members as FB friends---Jane, Anna and Alexander! At 67 years old, I very much enjoy the music!
I just discovered them yesterday, Jane and AOR's English is just amazing. I am learning Russian and I understand the pains they have to learn English. I think that their ability to understand English helps them be better singers and song writers (in English).

Hi Imperial Age, I am a fan from New Zealand and love Russian music, although I can't understand the language it sounds often better than English.
They do sing it in English..

Completing the answer about writing lyrics, for me it's much easier to create melodies than lyrics, but it's a question of practicing. As on guitar, with chords, riffs and solos, or with vocals, with proper exercises, warm-up patterns (arpeggios on may-my-may-my-may, for example), or drums (paradiddles, ways of holding the sticks), there are also certain exercises for lyrics. But... how???
Watch a movie, it can be a short movie. Go to the paper. Paper, not computer. Pen, not pencil. You'll not erase your text. Try to remember the story you've seen (or listened), write it, but don't get stuck on small details. Read what you've written. Can you reduce it?
Try to build a smaller text from the previous essay. It's almost there. Now, work on details. Change words. Make them fit on melodies you create. Underline strong parts of the words. Record in your computer or cell phone, or write small sheet music if needed. You're making a song that tells the story of the movie. Rhymes are cool, but optional.
Practice this, at least, once every month. But it's better more than just once, specially if you want to compose more songs and start your melodic metal band.
