I’m so glad that this time everyone was healed. No stupid grand gestures just real healing and acknowledgement of the pain caused by their actions.❤ Bravo! This was so powerful my daughter who’s 10 and I discussed it at length. The way Mirana lied. How Iracabeth and her parents dealt with her during the crowning ceremony. They were more concerned by how she made them look bad. The callousness of Hatter during the ceremony. Not liking someone is no cause for cruelty. We also discussed Iracabeth’s head injury and how it may have affected her temper meant. I think this movie has so many layers that future viewers may see it as the classic it is.
Idk the White Queen sacrificing herself trying to save her sister seemed like a great gesture of love. Not meant as a grand gesture just her still caring for her after everything.

The point of them is 'A little white lie'.
Which spiraled into something massive.
The white queen lied, which got the red queen in a lot of trouble. Then laughed at her big head a few times too.
The issue stems from "You lied. And STILL haven't apologied for the act that ruined my entire life."
She’s a queen.
She did that cause she told a lie which got the red queen in trouble with her mother. The mother basically went off unnecessarily which caused the red queen to run away and she fell which made her head grow big. The white queen still never told the truth after that so people ended up making her a laughing stock and her parents basically blamed her for going off on them. Though she was mean, it was only because people kept laughing at the size of her head meanwhile her sister kept playing the innocent nice sister card but still never wanted to tell her parents the truth. They made the white queen the ruler because they thought she had a better attitude and the red queen ended up not becoming queen even though she was older. The white queen had just admitted the truth five minutes before saving her sister.
Anne Hattaway, Jonnhy Depp and Helena Bonham Carter were all perfect picks for their roles. And I'm dying on that hill

No she didn’t exactly save her …also her sister is the reason she ran and hit her head and it got like that. The white Queen lied about stealing tarts to her mom and never acknowledged that fact all the way into adulthood.
