  • Our journey down the coast of Norway takes us to what may have been the most beautiful park up we have ever experienced. The incredible view across a lake was something that made us want to stay much longer, but we had to keep on travelling as our Schengen days are getting low.
We visited Bergen and a huge waterfall before we explored a big sculpture park for some culture in Oslo.
We spent two years self converting our Mercedes Sprinter van into our little home on wheels. After some serious Arctic preparations, it's perfectly capable of taking us all the way to the far north, 300 miles into the Arctic and experiencing as low as -23 Celsius.

I'm a Norwegian and i've seen most of what the country offers, but when i saw that 5:05 image my jaw dropped a bit, that was so beautiful on many levels! still water is not that common and combined with a setting sun it can be stunning.

Norway is on another level with their beautiful tunnels. It almost looks like high quality CGI

I lost the count of how many incredible ferry waiting areas I saw in your videos. I would not complain if need to wait all day on those.
I loved the parking spot by the fjord, I would probly stop there and stare that that landscape for hours. Would need to eat some lemons to get the smile out of my face after that, of course.

Beautiful video! I could get an impression of how it looks down there along the coast. You both drove all the coastline instead of the E6. Thanks for sharing. Best regards from Northern Norway, Alex.

Thanks Alex, kind words. The coast is fabulous so although we don’t know what the E6 is like, we reckon the coast is a good choice. Especially at that time of the year when there are no other tourists.

Greetings from Bergen. Loved your video and dronework. You arrived at a perfect time, April/May when everything's in bloom and it's less crowded. I've just been touring southern Norway myself and now in July there are so many tourists (and Norwegians) on the roads so it's hard to get a nice park-up, not to mention the tendonitis from greeting all the other campervans 🤣 Thanks for visiting our country!

Thank you for your lovely comment. Hope your tendonitis is improving…although your comment did make me laugh out loud🤣We are absolutely certain we picked the right time to go although it was a fluke rather than judgement I have to say. Such a beautiful country and so much to explore. We hope to be back again someday but we will avoid the summer for sure.
Hope you’ve had chance to check out our other videos in your beautiful country.
Thank you for watching. Sarah and Ben
