As an American expat living in the Romantic zone, I enjoyed seeing some of my go-to places. HOWEVER, I must cringe at the ( horribly American- mispronounced ) names of the businesses and dishes served. I realize that the targeted audience are “ gringos” north of the border, but this type of communication gives us a bad name.(example, Olla: the double l’s are pronounced like a single y as in “ eek”- H is silent in horchata…..
lol. go to china or any other country and have a perfect accent. Spanish is not everyone's language and a perfect accent should not be expected you nerd.
