Key words are "when you start working harder, it work...". That's what bollywood lacks in all aspects be it writing or casting of giving opportunities for others and being inclusive. Casting has turned into selective choosing that's very convenient b.c it takes a lot of work to go out there and choose talents or take risks in writing department. It's very easy to remake and follow a pattern to what works at box office and spend money just to fill the pockets of stars.
