Did you father succeed because I was trying the same thing but the deputy registrar wants proof birth certificate then only he will disqualify
Yes this is urgently reqd. We had a Secy for 7 years refused to resign as he was taking commission from works carried out refused to resign or hold Elections who had 3 kids .He had only 3 meetings in SEVEN years....armed wt this clause v personally met DDR@Palghar4clarification..he told us he is debarred wt immd.effect cant stand for elections etc then advised us to meet Dy.Regr.Tam Talao Vasai who called Secy for personal clarification at this hearing he confessed & confirmed 3rd child was born after 2001. He was immdly axed debarred,from this post but refused to resign saying he was now ACTING SECY..So I suggest the 3rd child Birth certificate, details be filled & handed over 😮to Socty...CHS Laws need 2b adhered to avoid confusion/ confronta tion...
Congrats. We too sailed in the same boat as the Secy ruled the roost for Seven years knowing how much money he cud earn with flat transfers.. Wrong NOC for Electric Bill to non-nember now she had proof of residence address (flat standing in missing person which she occupied) so she made a Passport.. Aadhar, PAN card, as proof of residence..now demanding flat to be transferred on her name..thus address was used as pepl going for Haj used her address for Passport to attend Haj .She refuses pay4 bldg repairs/maintenance coz Socty is not transferring flat in her name..outstanding almost 2 lakhs..today she is standing for Elections her Election Banners are hung all over..she has no Agreement/docs..so this SECY did illegal dealings against CHS so uts good to redress problems encountered to our Humble Brilliant HON. SIR CA PRABHU who hits the nail on the head..WELL DONE KEEO UP YR GOOD TIMELY ADVICE & GUIDANCE😂❤😂
Very nicely explained about 3 children issue in a CHS which most of the people doesn't know about this rule, with regards to contesting Managing committee elections in cooperative housing society.

This means it is clear if you have more than two children before 7 sept 2001, then you are eligible to contest and if children increases after the cut off date 7.9.2001, then you are eligible in certain cases only.
Sir yeh batayen 7sep 2001se pahile three children hain but 7sep 2001 ke bad till date tak koi bachcha nahin woh qualified hai ya nahin please batayen
2/aur agar socity me 98% 2001ke bad 03bachche hain aur socity sabhi member yeh rule lagu mat karo hame es per objection nahin to phir kya explain karain🎉

Our cooperative society does not has occupation certificate from authority, builder gives possession of flight to flat owner, is this legal? Member of our cooperative housing society registered cooperative society before 15 years in which majority of the managing body or office bearers have more than two children. Is registration of this cooperative housing society is legal? All the Descission taken in these periods were legal or illegal, plz inform in this matter.

According to me 73CA is not applicable
Our Chairman as well as Secretary have 5 and 6 children respectively. Can they become the Chairman and Secretary of chs? If both are holding same post, Is this chs is legal chs or not? Plz let me know. Thanks

सर ये बात रजिस्टर र मानता नही उसके बाबू लोग भी लोगो को घुमरा करते है ऐसे मे क्या किया जाये सर रास्ता बताये और जो इसके से रिलेटेड है दो दो बीबी या रखते है और बोलते है सिद्ध करो करो इसका रास्ता क्या है सर इस किसको चॅलेंज कहा किस तरह से करे मैने कमिशनर पुणे को भी लिख चुका पर कोई दा देता नही और अब दुसरा इलेक्शन आ रहा है

He can attend the meeting/elections of the CHS but cannot contest the Managing committee Elections.
