Let me make it simple, use your credit card as if it were a debit card. If you buy something with a credit card make sure you have enough to buy it with your debit card. Then after 2 days when it processes pay it off so you don’t forget. This is the easiest way to make sure you don’t get any debt (using the card wrong) that you can’t pay off
Eventually once you’re good at managing your costs you can start paying off once a month before you have to pay the bill so you don’t get charged any fees. You can even set up auto pay so you don’t have to worry about this just worry about the balance you’re putting on the card
Try “Self Lender” to get started if u have zero credit. IE; u take $200 minimum & give to self lender. They then give u a card with the Exact Spending limit as u gave them CASH. It’s a deposit. $200 up to $3k… Now, take that card, buy a full tank of gas ⛽️ & Pay Off Fully! One time per month & after 3 months, BAM! 💥 Great Credit Score ✅

I suggest keeping the cards active and using them monthly, I advise you use about 10% of the credit limit because you still want to use it to build credit.
