- This is one of those places I hated to just try one thing. They had lots of choices but I was there for the chicken. The chicken was good and the people were so nice and kind. Vardaman is my kind of town. I felt right at home!

Hey Stafford it’s only a thought but several years ago I drove a truck route for Ferguson Grease Co. and I picked up used cooking oil and let me tell you I found myself in places who would’ve ever known was there, saying that I’m saying maybe if you reach out to Buddy Ferguson in Greenville he could put you on multiple places to try out ,oh by the way one of my stops was Wards in Vardaman ,lol

I got the best place for you to visit. It’s an old former gas station known as “35 Diner” on hwy 35 in Sandyhook, Ms just a few miles south of Foxworth & hwy 98. I recommend Friday Lunch, but everyday is great!!! Must try, it will be your best experience. Mom & Pop shop owner & operated by a black female Methodist minister known as Ms Candy.
