Well done Donnell! To see these type of guides for sale on any of the boating or trailer websites, you'd think they were made of gold with how much they cost.

Nice and simple, perfect. I used a heat gun to soften PVC and bolt thru 2 holes and made the metal stand higher. I broke my 1st PVC because they flexed with only 5 inches to bolt PVC. I recommend using some short pipes, cut to 3 foot, use hammer to flatten one side, drill and bolt pipes to upright angle. This worked great and made the guides super strong. Then slide PVC on and secure.

Thanks so just seeing your reply. 👍 I was busy hunting hard now back to boating. Deer season over.

Great ideas. Here's a suggestion: install a switch for the trailer lights on the tongue. That way you don't have to worry about water getting in the lamp housings so much.

Taillight on boat trailers are waterproof.

This type of guide better than nothing but for real easy loading get bunk guide style. No way to get boat crooked. The pole type create a pivot point and you can still rotate. Luv my bunk guides just give er gas and it self centers.

Got mine from etrailer…have survived salt water emersion for 5 years and make getting boat on trailer in high current and wind a breeze.

Yep on this trailer because it only the jon boat. Plenty of pipe out the water. Its about 6 feet high when you add where it starts from on the trailer

Not sure I get them from Agri-Supply $30 for the set. Very bright and waterproof. It's a circuit board not a light bulb to get wet and rust out or bust

Never buy waterproof lights for your boat trailer , buy submersible lights . Waterproof lights arent made to be submersible
