The common perception from players is that the devs were hyping a grand reveal about more content coming to the game after it being incredibly stale for almost a year. And then they were given... this.
I'm really hoping Kuro Games will find the same monumental success with WuWA as Hoyo did with Genshin. And in that future where they branch into new games, I'm extra hoping they'll try their hand at an MMO. I'd lose my mind! I really want to play an anime MMO again, and one from a company that's clearly invested in the health of their game like Kuro!

100% spoke out of my mind concerning FF14. Let alone being a fresh air after Stormblood, i consider Shadowbringers the highest point on all aspects as an average compared to the rest of expansions. I was pumped for First D but I couldn t take part on the closed betas due to higher than normal requirements and some error messages it was poping for me or else it s one on my list. As for GW2, it's on the way to the end. Second expansion without new class and even worse than last; only 1 weapon for all classes. More like a patch.

New world still sucks, no way. The only thing that game is good at is sinking. Time sink, money sink, and crafting sink. Once human is alot of fun been playing the Steam demo to try different builds and stuff before live. They fixed some minor annoying stuff added more stuff, Good stuff overall. First Descendant was fun too like Warframe lite, I'm too old to do all that weird Ninja shit this more simple but fun. Between FD, and Once Human the rest of my year is spoken for.

People who liked old school mmorpgs with pvp would love a Lineage 3, but NCSoft cucked and decided to make it "modern", with FOMO shit and horrible modern mechanics. I dream with a Lineage 2 type of game, with added questing, gathering, housing, events and optional pvp, where like in Everquest, class role matters, healers heal, mages destroy, tanks tank, with lots of classes and sub classes, where things take time and effort and bring joy when achieved. Instead we have people asking for "Elden Ring" shit, E-Sports shit, and not only accepting but even asking for FOMO elements, because they benefit from all those, the p2w player benefits from it all.
