@@chloeuchida When practice time, I go through past lessons first and move to the new one. By doing that, I thought it would be awesome if there was a beginner flow video that I could follow which covers all the basic moves. Just an idea for your new content ;)

I gave up watching whwn after 5 mons in it was all talk . IF you want to teach - show and explain and dont just yap on and on and on
