With the people calling the Muramasa the Masamune, I was thinking about how a hypothetical Masamune chip would work. It would just do the same damage as the amount of health the user has left (opposite of the Muramasa). That's pretty much giga chip power right there.
it’s an an exclusive feature to this patch. in the 4.5 pvp patch, if your opponent has taken your area videoman will hit your opponent with a tape for each panel taken. this will return area to you and stun after the time freeze

It could work on percentage, so give it around 10 or 5 base damage multiplied by up to 100.
If it has a 500 dmg cap like Muramasa does, then it would be more balanced.
