- Bread Pudding is a bread-based dessert popular in many countries such as the southern U.S., Mexico, UK, Argentina, Puerto Rico, France and Belgium. Each with their own line-up of puddings variations. This filipino bread pudding recipe is easy to make, Super creamy and delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
- 5 cups Bread cut into cubes (8 slice of bread)
- 2 Eggs
- 390g Condense milk
- 410ml Evaporated milk
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- Extra butter for greasing
* Bake in a preheated oven at 350° F or 175° C for 35 to 45 minutes.
* Let the pudding cool down completely before removing from the loaf pan.
