- Walter Lewin, Dutch astrophysicist and professor emeritus at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), shows a friend how to draw his famous dotted chalk lines on a blackboard.
Recorded at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2012.

The world needs more professors like the man. He's so passionate, even about something so minor. One can only imagine the effort he puts into teaching.
You know the video “when a physics teacher k owe his stuff”? This is the guy
Probably not much, spends most of his time practicing with chalk
@@shoogamoogaman lmao, doesnt put much effort into teaching
Well I use walter lewin's recorded lecs to study something in depth but this guy is also a creep. He got kicked out of MIT for sexually harassing female students.
Teachers and professors who are genuinely passionate about passing on knowledge, even when its just stuff like this, are so underappreicated but at the same time can change the course of a students life. If a teacher can ignite their passion into a student, it makes them work harder because they want to and will keep that up well past education. Dudes like is are just simply cool
The only thing that makes school a valid place is the teachers if im being honest.
@@CP-vg4vy quite precisely... the Freemasonic Indoctrination centers AKA schools are BS. Its about those teachers who go out of their way to be actual TEACHers.

Sometimes geniuses aren't just the Einsteins and Newtons of this world. Sometimes it's your professor who can draw dotted lines effortlessly.
So can the kid who did it on his first go!
It’s the chalk not his hand though I would always accidentally make the chalk skip
Practice not genius
