He puts his helmet on , finishing his four -stroke to the ski runs , then doing a backflip on a 2 -stroke, and lands on his four -stroke . He set himself the video on his youtube channel and Sport.es remains somewhat skeptical , but the international press fell for it with both feet . As published amongst others Motorpasionmoto.com the Spanish , the Dutch sites Racesport.nl and Motocrossplanet.nl and Italian Insella.it the backflip Marquez .

You can see in the first seconds that the honda has 2 carbonfiber exhaust pipes but at the moment that he is hanging in the air you can see 1 chrome small pipe and not 2 carbonfiber pipes.

watch in 0.25 speed when the bike hits the ramp 0:43 it's a crf 250r four stroke and when it leaves the top of the ramp at 0:44 its a 2 stroke cr250 (most probably) then once the bike lands on the dirt ramp the switch is made and marc rides down the slope back on the 250R four stroke you can see the switch just before the 0:47 second mark the helmut dips weirdly

+CycleCruza No way @ 46seconds you can clearly see the large distinctive 2 stroke exhaust with one silincer, at 53 seconds you can see small thin 4 stroke exhaust with the double silincer.

beunhaas102 Why would he add a shot of a different bike during the flip, if he was trying to fake it he would just have somebody dress as him and flip his bike. It's the lighting you are seeing that makes it look like it has one less exhaust.
+CycleCruza that is a good question, I reckon Marquez normally rides a 4 stroke dirt bike (?) and he might not have done the backflip, he had to do the jump itself. For a freestyle MX they tend to use 2 strokes because they are lighter.
But there really is no question about it: the bike in the air is a 2 stroke, the bike Marquez rides is a 4 stroke. Watch the video again in 1080p @ 0.25x speed. at about 45 seconds you are cleary wacthing at the white inner fairing of the right side and nothing is sticking out on the left side. Back on the ground however both ends got silincers that are way longer than the fairing. That's got nothing to do with lighting.
