Anyone has suggestions on how to fix possible issues with sound and dialogue distortions? I like the ht but the dialogue sound is quite horrible and distorted, especially from the central speaker (soundbar)
You need to reset the system.

@micheclb If the problem is not resolved, visit a Sony service center and get it checked

Iam useing john barrel but this sony cant even able to touch the feet of john barrel very worst poor sound and bass.even zebronics is better.

The rear speaker is wireless with a separate amplifier.
