7:34 2-car train and snow plow are secured on CTA property. Alstom meeting NTSB, CTA 9:11 will do accident re-enactment with 5000 train, wet track - check for braking wheel slippage 10:55 PTC?

The comment that the operator passed the snow equipment is false. He was southbound when it came out of the yard. The northbound train was the one that passed it as it just came out of the yard in front of it.
