There’s no need to go through this step step 1 is go to your apps and uninstall your vpn you must have downloaded even though the vpn is off it’s the cause of no internet secured

idk if anyone will have this unique issue like me but ill comment it anyway maybe it helps one person.
It has to do with using a VPN when you turn your laptop/pc off.
This happened to me earlier and ive been going throught these videos trying to find the solution until i gave up since they were not working. i literally starred at my laptop screen trying to think about what i did before turning it off like download a virus or something but then i remembered the last thing i did was use a vpn and i didn't turn it off! so i went onto the VPN app, turned it on and BOOM wifi started working again, then i turned the VPN off and it continues to work like regular YAAAy

If your laptop freeze on the lock screen than just install a new windows, as your laptop turn on it means it js fine but the problem is just with your windows maybe because of a virus.
