@@neaveb1589 nobody ever said changing your wall colour will get rid of your mental illness, but obviously darker colours are more depressing. my walls used to be dark purple and i always felt really uncomfortable sitting in my room, i'd get sad and would rather be in my living room. now my walls are a light beige and it's comforting to be in it now.

omg i relate to you so much about being so anxious i couldn't eat for the first couple of days of high school. you should really go to the doctor about your anxiety, it can lead to other really big issues down the line like worn out adrenal glands and since your stomach hurts all the time, probably ulcers. people have gotten stomach ulcers from really bad anxiety/stress which eventually leads to an infection and then they have to go in for surgery to close the ulcer, etc. sometimes it's even fatal. It's okay to ask for help if you need it! it doesn't mean you're weak, it just means you've been strong for too long. and it's okay if you need to take medication to control your anxiety. it's not an "easy way out". you have to do what you have to do to lead a healthy productive life! so please please please go to your doctor about your anxiety before it gets worse. love you girly! please take care of yourself!
